Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize farm operations
- Oversee the clearing of fields and ensure that all necessary equipment is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate financial and production records, including crop yields and labor hours
- Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting
- Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
- Maintain quality control and production records, ensuring that all crops meet our high standards
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, including planting and harvesting
- Maintain work records and logs, including hours worked and tasks completed
- Perform general farm duties as required
- 2 years of experience in a farm supervisory role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35-40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
