The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and experience in supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. They will also be responsible for maintaining quality control and production records, supervising and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations, and performing general farm duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
