About the Role

Mishra Farms is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize farm operations
  • Oversee the leveling of earth to fine grade specifications and ensure compliance with quality control standards
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records, including crop yields and farm expenses
  • Provide agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting
  • Ensure the maintenance of quality control and production records, and identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, including crop rotation and soil management
  • Maintain work records and logs, and provide regular updates to management
  • Perform general farm duties, including equipment maintenance and repair
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 2-3 years of experience in farm operations or a related field
