Director, Relationship Management

Rabobank Canada is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Relationship Management team in the Prairie region. As a Director, Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability while fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers in business development and sales
  • Manage the performance of the Managing Director and Area Relationship Managers
  • Develop and implement succession and career development plans for key employees
  • Identify, select, and hire Relationship Managers and Associates
  • Provide sector knowledge expertise to the team and inform stakeholders
  • Accountable for business growth and profitability of the Relationship Management team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of ag-related financial services experience
  • Must love agriculture and understand the producer experience
  • Canadian experience required
  • Ability to travel regionally and globally (more than 50%)

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: CAD $150,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank/Rabobank Canada's compensation plans and policies.
