Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Associate II to join our team at UPS. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory, shipments, and customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and inspect inbound product according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Put away product in the correct location based on SOPs.
  • Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork.
  • Obtain orders, prioritize if necessary, and select products from the proper locations.
  • Verify accuracy of orders picked, including product name and size, product code, lot number, expiration date, and quantity.
  • Stage and securely pack product based on SOPs.
  • Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact carriers for ETA, and coordinate schedule.
  • Handle products and perform duties according to client procedures, GMP/SOP, and government/compliance regulations.
  • Safely operate various power equipment, including pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
  • Use RF Scanners to electronically scan barcodes.
  • Enter inventory into warehouse management system, verify information accuracy, and perform scheduled processes according to SOPs.
  • Conduct physical inventory or cycle counts daily, weekly, and/or monthly based on SOPs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience driving a forklift.
  • Warehouse experience required.
  • Candidate must be able to provide a 5-year employment check.
