Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team at Shri Laxmi Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Inventory: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product quality, and accurately record inventory levels.
  • Stockroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including shelving, labeling, and rotating stock to ensure easy access and minimal waste.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
