**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Greet and assist customers** in a friendly and professional manner
  • **Operate the cash register** accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and processing payments
  • **Maintain a clean and organized store environment**, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms
  • **Work collaboratively with the store team** to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • **Participate in visual merchandising** and maintain a visually appealing store display
  • **Perform other duties as assigned** by management to support the smooth operation of the store

**Requirements:**

  • **Excellent customer service skills**, with a focus on providing a positive experience for every customer
  • **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • **Basic math skills** and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • **Ability to lift up to 25 pounds** and stand for long periods of time
  • **Availability to work a variety of shifts**, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
