**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Greet and Serve Customers**: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Operate the Cash Register**: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • **Maintain Store Appearance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to Circle K's high standards for store appearance.
  • **Work as Part of a Team**: Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or food service.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • **Flexibility**: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
