Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Services professional to join our team at St. Christopher's Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation and service in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel's culinary team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
