Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Lead Technology Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team at ROSS. As an innovative leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR Technology, Recruitment, and HR Professional Services, we help companies align their People Strategy with their Business Growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with excellent analytical, conceptual, and data interpretation skills. They will be responsible for managing and defining reactive and proactive processes and activities required to design, implement, maintain, and improve technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and manage technology solutions that meet business needs
  2. Understand business problems and opportunities, and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
  3. Ensure business objectives are identified, understood, and accounted for in the development of technology solutions
  4. Initiate and lead Service Projects; manage business-as-usual and ad hoc activities to improve service and/or reduce cost
  5. Work with Professional Services and Sales team to translate requirements into test cases and ensure application architecture and systems functionality meet business requirements

The successful candidate will have expert-level knowledge of one or more process management tools, such as Visio or MS Project, and will be able to develop solid business case analysis. They will also possess strong planning, time management, and organizational skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years total work experience with at least 2 years as a business analyst
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and data interpretation skills
  • Demonstrated technical and business acumen
  • Expert in one or more process management tools
  • Ability to develop solid business case analysis
