Financial Services Technology Solution Architect

With a team of highly knowledgeable business and technical experts, we provide strategic, mission critical solutions to our clients.

Work Environment: Hybrid (mix of home, office, and client site)
Type: Perm / FTE role
Salary: Market rate + benefits and performance bonus
- Lead strategy and transformation, migration roadmap, based on client needs and industry trends.
- Produce effort estimates with scope work, define deliverables, and timelines.
- Embrace Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) and Agile engineering practices in client engagements.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the technical team on client engagements.
- Lead development of our intellectual property and best practices.
- Foster and maintain close working relationships with clients.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science or Engineering.
- At least 10 years of development/architecture experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing solutions on Salesforce.
- Must have an active Salesforce Solution Architect certification.
- Expert in Salesforce Platform declarative and programming concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce Configuration and Financial Cloud Module.
- Experienced on Salesforce Lightning (App Builder, Component Framework, Connect, LDS, Application Express, Visualforce Framework).
- Nice to have knowledge on Salesforce Einstein.
- Nice to have at least 2 years of experience in Data mapping/data designing and ETL.
- Strong knowledge and experiences within the following technologies: Sales Cloud, Java, JavaScript, REST-oriented API, JSON, XML, SOAP.
- Understanding of applications complementing Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.
- Experience in B2B or B2C within the banking environment.
- Conduct research to create roadmaps, review solutions and provide recommendations.
- Work with stakeholders to scope work, define deliverables, timelines and produce effort estimates for proposed Salesforce solutions.
- Review existing interfaces, provide roadmap for future state solution.
- Prior experience of architecting and designing enterprise level systems.
- Strong knowledge and experiences with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CD/CI), DevOps pipelines and Agile engineering practices.
- Strong communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
