Food Service Supervisor

Boston Pizza Vermilion is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Monitor food and service quality to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Boston Pizza Vermilion is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team-oriented setting.
