Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Vermilion. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
