Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Professional to join our team at Wong Family. As a Caregiver for Elderly and Disabled Individuals, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Working Conditions

Our Home Health Care Professionals work in a variety of settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
