About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Processing: Review and analyze insurance claims to determine their validity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including deposit, loan, and mortgage payments.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policy changes, calculate insurance premiums, and maintain financial information and securities listings.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Willing to relocate and willing to train.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, and a team player.
