We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Foreperson to join our team at Barminco. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
* Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies to reduce risks and variations
* Oversee maintenance schedules and repairs for all mining equipment
* Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and develop skills

Requirements

* Technical diploma or degree in Maintenance/Mechanics field
* Valid Mechanical/Trades Licenses
* Minimum 10 years of mine maintenance experience
* Minimum 5 years in a maintenance supervisory role
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and or Pronto
* Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
