SalaryThe typical pay range for this intern position is CAD $25.00 per hour.
Job DescriptionThis 12-month Co-Op opportunity is available for a university student starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will report to a Senior Application Engineer assigned to the student and be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Assisting in new integrated circuit and module product test activities.
- Lab testing of RF circuits, presentation of test results, and participation in customer SCH/Layout reviews.
- Completion of small projects and task assignments of varying degrees of complexity, ranging from device characterization, test environment programming, and documentation.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A current enrollment in a BS or MS Electrical Engineering (or related) degree program.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PPT, and Word) and an aptitude for quickly learning other company-specific software.
- Experience with test equipment and tools such as multi-meter, oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer, RF sources, and soldering tools is preferred.
