Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bakery Manager to join our team at The Bagel House. As a Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 bakers and kitchen staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.

  • Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
