Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at B & A Bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to stay competitive in the market.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote our products and increase sales.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
