Warehouse Shipper/Receiver

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team at Miele Canada. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely moving products, including large appliances, using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely move products, including large appliances, using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Work in the warehouse and on delivery, demonstrating versatility and adaptability
  • Assist with order picking, using RF scanning and other technologies as needed
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to achieve daily goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
