The Capital and Maintenance Program Analyst is a key role within Toronto Hydro Corporation, responsible for ensuring the effective business operations associated with the company's Capital program. This position plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of the Capital and Maintenance Work Programs.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify gaps and trends, and prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Contractor Management: Manage the performance of contractors to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance business processes and procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful coordination and delivery of projects and programs.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting applications, forms, and customized databases to support business decision-making.
- Quality Assurance: Perform periodic analysis and monitoring of operations data to ensure quality assurance.
- Business Strategy: Participate in corporate-wide initiatives to support overall business strategy and contribute to the development of rate applications to the regulator.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Experience: Three to five years of experience in data analysis, gap analysis, and reporting results, as well as business process redesign and analysis.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and business solution development skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with Tableau and Alteryx.
