Food Service Supervisor

Bapa's Burritos Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Bondable and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate initiative in achieving goals.
