Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their responsibilities.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
  • Experience: Will train.
