About the Role
A part-time Family Practitioner is sought to provide outreach services in Sooke, B.C. at the Sooke Food Bank and Sooke Shelter. The successful candidate will deliver accessible primary episodic care services to adults and children impacted by poverty, colonization, stigma, and homelessness.
Key Responsibilities
The Family Practitioner will work with a primary care RN, an MHSU RN, and a MOA to provide OAT and primary care services to a diverse range of clients. This role requires providing care that not only addresses immediate medical needs but also works towards decreasing barriers and social determinants of health in accessing care.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary estimated to be in the range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
