Job Title: Product Advisor - MINI VancouverWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our team at MINI Vancouver. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting new business, and contributing to our company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by determining each prospective client's vehicle needs and preferences.
- Promote new business and contribute to our company's customer base through prospecting and referral networks.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate vehicles (including test drives).
- Stay up-to-date on all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment.
- Use effective closing techniques and ask for help from management when necessary.
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Introduce customers to our Service Department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of our service operations.
- Set goals for each month's productivity and plan how to reach those objectives.
- Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Strong computer skills, including internet and MS Office, with the ability to maintain records using our computerized system.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- A Current VSA MDC License and a valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
