Job Title: Product Advisor - MINI VancouverWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our team at MINI Vancouver. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting new business, and selling new and pre-owned vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by determining each prospective client's vehicle needs and promoting new business.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).
- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in all products/inventory.
- Be thoroughly familiar with all products, including features, specifications, prices, colours, options, and standard equipment.
- Use closing techniques effectively and participate in any and all product training available.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with others.
- Strong computer skills (internet & MS Office), with ability to maintain records using computerized systems.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- A Current VSA MDC License and a valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
