We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterloo/St. Jacobs. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:- Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
- Restock linens, towels, and amenities
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
