Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and caring Attendant Care Worker to provide personalized support to our clients in the Kitchener, Ontario area. As an Attendant Care Worker, you will assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to clients with physical disabilities or brain injuries
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Use computer skills to chart and update client records
  • Work a flexible schedule and have reliable transportation
Requirements
  • Experience providing personal care to clients with disabilities
  • Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent experience
  • Computer skills, including charting in a database
  • Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid Level C CPR/Standard First Aid Certification
