Job Summary:
Vitacare Guardian is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy operations, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone and electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless patient experience.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and efficiently.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to support daily operations.
  • Welcome patients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Compose and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain digital databases to ensure accurate information.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure smooth workflow.


Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and management.
  • Skilled in MS Outlook for email management and communication.
  • Experienced in MS Windows for system navigation and troubleshooting.
  • Adept in MS Word for document creation and editing.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite for productivity and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Reader for document management.
