Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Onyx Stones & Custom Cabinets Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are meeting sales targets.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that it is accurately stocked and easily accessible.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
