Job Summary:

As a key member of our dental team, you will assist our dental providers in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dental providers in the delivery of dental procedures, including Restorative, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records for material safety data sheets (MSDS), spore tests, and inventory of dental supplies.
  • Assist in training new dental assistants and organizing schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Valid WA State license and basic life support (BLS) certification.
  • Organizational skills and experience with dental records.
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write in English and interpret common written material about dentistry.
  • Preferred bilingual in Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dental Assistant II: Completion of a formal dental assistant program and a minimum of 6 months of work experience.
  • Dental Assistant III: Knowledge of proper sterilization methods and OSHA regulations, including QI. Ability to duplicate and mount radiographs, place temporary restorations, take impressions, pour and trim models, place retraction cord, place matrix bands, perform coronal polish, and give fluoride treatments. A minimum of 2 years of working experience.
