Drake International is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Warehouse Logistics Specialist in Airdrie, AB. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement of goods from our distribution center to customers across Canada.

About the Role
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $22/hour, with opportunities for overtime work and potential permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations, including picking products using RF scanners and voice systems, loading and unloading product using powered equipment, and assisting with shipping and receiving.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform various duties within our distribution center, focusing on product picking, packing, and protecting using specialized systems. Additional responsibilities include:
• Loading and unloading product using powered equipment
• Assisting with shipping/receiving, replenishment, and inventory control
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have:
• Previous experience with warehousing and power equipment operation (forklifts, walkies, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand for extended periods
• CSA-approved steel-toed boots
