Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power Engineer to join our Facilities Maintenance team. As a 4th Class Power Engineer, you will play a critical role in the safe operation and maintenance of our plant, ensuring compliance with various codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heating and air conditioning systems, including starting up and shutting down related pumps, fans, air compressors, and pneumatic systems.
  • Monitor and adjust temperature control systems and record meter and gauge readings.
  • Perform inspection and repair of equipment such as hot and cold water lines, waste lines, sewer lines, sumps, and traps.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Certificate of competency as a 4th Class Power Engineer recognized by the Province of British Columbia.
  • Two years' recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
