Job Description:

Rehabilitation Specialists play a vital role in supporting individuals recovering from mental health issues, substance abuse or trauma. They work closely with clients to develop coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to determine clients' rehabilitation needs
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Facilitate therapeutic and support groups
  • Provide education on coping strategies and life skills
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust plans as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
