Job Title: Outlets Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Outlets Manager to join our team at Rosewood Hotel Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overhead expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote the outlets and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the outlets and increase revenue.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Ensure that all outlets are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient and effective communication with staff and guests.
  • Monitor and control labor costs to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Ensure that all outlets are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience as a Manager/Supervisor with a luxury food and beverage operation.
  • High school diploma. Diploma/degree in Hospitality/Culinary Management preferred.
  • Professional, positive image, with strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to develop and train staff.
  • Clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Excellent salesmanship skills.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
  • Full knowledge of Micros point of sale systems.
  • Fluency in Excel and Word.
  • Language: Required to speak, read, and write English. Additional language is an asset.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 75 pounds, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding.
