Sales Associate - Designer Outlet Vancouver

As a Sales Associate at Tapestry's Designer Outlet Vancouver location, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store. Your primary focus will be on providing friendly and efficient support to customers while upholding the highest standards of brand representation.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for every customer, assisting with product inquiries, styling advice, and purchase transactions.
  • Sales Floor Management: Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked. Assist in replenishing inventory and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including materials, designs, and brand stories. Effectively communicate product information to customers and answer their questions with confidence.
  • Operational Support: Assist with receiving and processing shipments, managing stock levels, and conducting inventory checks. Adhere to company procedures for handling merchandise and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred, demonstrating a passion for customer service and sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • A positive and energetic attitude, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
