Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as a Sales Floor Supervisor. As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing the sales floor, developing a high-performing team, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to improve team performance
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and inventory
  • Manage conflict resolution and escalation procedures
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business goals

Key Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and managing the sales floor
  • Developing and implementing coaching plans to improve team performance
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales data and inventory
  • Managing conflict resolution and escalation procedures
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
