Equipment Finance Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven and entrepreneurial individual to join RateNest as an Equipment Finance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and achieving sales goals through a personalized business development plan.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement a tailored business development plan to meet sales objectives
  • Network and present RateNest's equipment leasing and financing solutions to potential clients

About the Role: This is an independent contractor and remote role with a full commission-based compensation structure and no base salary. You will have access to a network of 20+ lenders in the equipment leasing and financing space.

  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in heavy equipment sales and/or financing and leasing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Previous experience in financial products sales, preferably in banking, is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to drive business growth
  • Ability to work remotely and possess strong self-motivation and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry and leasing practices is essential
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an asset, but not required
  • Existing relationships within the construction, agriculture, medical, and transportation industries are a plus
  • Experience with relevant software and technologies, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, is required
