Cleaning Services Supervisor

About the Role:
The Cleaning Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations at various sites across the province. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repairs
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and establish work schedules
Work Environment:
The Cleaning Services Supervisor will work in various environments, including wet/damp, dusty, and dirty conditions. The role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
