Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Dawson Creek. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Ensure that food and beverages meet quality control standards and are served in a timely manner.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
