Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend additional services required to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Ability to work in a wet/damp, dusty, and dirty environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The Cleaning Supervisor will work in a variety of environments, including offices, warehouses, and other facilities. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
