We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the daily operations of our branch, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers while driving business growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, handling customer service with care, and developing innovative strategies to drive sales and revenue.

Salary Range:

$86,385 - $147,130 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall branch operations to guarantee safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Oversee sales efforts and implement business initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets, and other operational status updates.
  • Lead personnel matters, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety, overseeing audits, training programs, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations, and substance abuse testing.
  • Pursue additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in business management with P&L responsibility at a branch or individual profit center.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and budget preparation.
  • Proven sales and customer service expertise; outside sales experience is advantageous.
  • Effective leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer software applications, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with the equipment rental industry is beneficial.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
