As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Requirements:

* 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
