Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen and dining areas.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and train our food service staff in their duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize our resources.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, meeting the expectations of our customers.
  • Prepare Budget and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, and prepare reports to track our performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 36 hours per week.
