About the Role

Morrison Hershfield, now part of Stantec, is a leading engineering practice with a rich history of innovation and excellence. We're seeking a highly skilled Building Energy Performance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the impact of thermal bridging on building envelope assemblies and details using 3D heat transfer models.
  • Develop and maintain company-wide tools and resources for thermal and hygrothermal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide expert guidance on building envelope design and performance.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree with a specialization in building science.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • P.Eng. or eligibility for registration is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis software and heat-air-moisture modeling.
