Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Building Performance Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for applying sound judgement and decision-making practices based on complex financial analysis while making recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply financial analysis skills to review, assess and approve applications for construction financing.
  • Maintain quality relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives and explore opportunities for growth.
  • Manage risk by exercising prudence and due diligence in reviewing and approving applications.
  • Communicate decisions, interpreting policies and responding to inquiries related to our housing programs.
  • Provide input to shape functional policies, products, and processes to support our mission.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Five (5) years' experience in construction financing, real estate, financial markets or credit risk analysis for Multi-Unit properties.
