About the Role:

The Shift Lead at McDonald's Restaurant is a critical position that oversees the daily operations of our restaurant during peak hours. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high-quality food products, and fostering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality food products by following proper preparation and presentation procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics to management.
