Job Description

Finlink Group is seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing key accounts and cultivating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research, network with industry professionals, and leverage referrals to identify potential new clients.
  • Present Customized Solutions: Develop and present product offerings tailored to the specific needs of each client, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Effectively negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends and changes in the competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as an account manager or similar position in B2B sales.
  • CRM Software Knowledge: Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and its applications.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing tools and technologies.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
