Bartender Job Description

Cineplex Entertainment is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Rec Room in Masonville London. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Take drink orders and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, operate a point-of-sale system, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stock and maintain the bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous bartending experience an asset.
  • Smart Serve certification an asset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
