Bar Service Manager

About the Role:
Cineplex, a leading entertainment company, is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Rec Room Masonville location. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Take drink orders, serve drinks, and collect payment from customers.
- Prepare and garnish drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment.
- Restock supplies, including liquor, beer, and mixers, as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
